Heico Lock Wedge Lock Washers :
HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washers prevent loosening of the bolted joint by providing a safe and reliable bolt securing system- even for extremes of vibrations or dynamic loads. These wedge lock washers are available in steel (1.1191/C45E) or stainless Steel (1.4404/316L) with narrow or wide bearing surfaces. HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washers are available in other materials like 254 SMO (1.4547), Inconel Alloy 718 (2.4668) upon request. These wedge lock washers are suitable for high tensile bolts of 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 and their respective nuts. HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washers are available from size M3 to M76. Custom sizes HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washers can be supplied on request.
Heico Lock Ring Lock Washers :
HEICO-LOCK® Ring Lock Washers are supplied preassembled, The ring locking system consists of a Polymide ring and the HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washers. HEICO-LOCK® Ring Lock Washers provide high quality , user friendly bolt securing for the most demanding applications and are ideal for repeated uses. The ring locking system guarantees that the two wedge lock washers are always fastened in the correct position with the wedge shaped cams on the inside and the radial teeth on the outside. These wedge lock washers are available in steel (1.1191/C45E) or stainless Steel (1.4404/316L) with narrow or wide bearing surfaces. HEICO-LOCK® Ring Lock Washers are available from size M4- M24.

The Captive an rotary combination of the nut and the original HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washers makes securing bolted joints more efficient, effective and easier even under the most extreme vibration and dynamic loads. These HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Nuts are available from M6 – M27 in strength class 10 with fine thread M14X1.5- M24X1.5.

HEICO-LOCK® Combi Washers enables quick and easy assembly in difficult installation solutions. These washers are available in steel or stainless steel with narrower and wider contact areas from size M8 to M20.

Deliver high quality anti vibration security for HV sets according to DIN EN 14399-4 and DIN 14399-8. These washers are chamfered on the internal diameter to ensure optimal surface contract while tightening. These washers are available from size M12 up to M36.
